Shandong Wanrong Mould & Die Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 in Shouguang, Shandong Province, China. The plant covers 12,000 square metres, with a 150 m × 50 m main bay, a 25-tonne overhead crane and 15 m hook height. The company designs and manufactures EPS and EPP shape-moulding molds, lost-foam pattern molds, and aluminium castings from its own pattern shop and foundry. It has supplied appliance tooling to Haier, Hisense, Hisense Hitachi, Aucma, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Panasonic and Supor, and has exported molds since 2021.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Molds are designed, cast, machined, assembled and trialled in this plant. We welcome live video tours of any workshop described on this site, and on-site audits by appointment.

Dimensional inspection is done with vernier calipers, depth calipers, tape measures, protractors, hardness testers. We do not claim CMM or 3D-scanning reports.
