In-House Aluminium Foundry for EPS Molds
Shandong Wanrong Mould & Die casts aluminium mold bodies in its own foundry in Shouguang. Wooden patterns are made on site, then vacuum-cast, CNC-machined, assembled and trialled in the same plant. Cast aluminium bodies are not bought in from outside foundries.

Why this matters on a mold order
- Porosity is our problem. Casting defects show up after machining. When the blank comes from another foundry, two suppliers point at each other. Here there is one.
- The queue is ours. A recast or a repair does not wait on someone else’s furnace.
- The same shop takes outside work. Low-pressure sand castingand3D-printed sand castingrun on this foundry. Aluminium only.

What we will not write
The 3D sand printer is on site; the model and build size will be published when they are confirmed. We do not pour iron or steel. We do not claim CMM inspection.
Questions about the foundry

- Yes. The sand printer is in the Shouguang plant. The model and build size will be published when they are confirmed.
Send a drawing. We will come back with a tooling proposal.
A 2D drawing, a 3D file or a photograph of the finished part is enough to start. Name your shape-moulding machine if you already have one. We reply on business days, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8).
