EPS Molds for Insulated Shipping Boxes
Shandong Wanrong Mould & Die manufactures EPS molds for insulated shipping boxes and coolers. The mold is built to the buyer’s box size and lid design, and is cast and machined in the company’s own plant in Shouguang, Shandong.
Insulated boxes are used for food, samples and general cold-chain shipping. We make the mold. We do not stock finished boxes.
If the box is for a regulated cold chain, send the drawing and the destination market with the enquiry. We will tell you what the mold can hold and what has to be specified by you.
How the mold is made here
Aluminium mold bodies are cast in our own foundry, then CNC-machined, assembled and trialled in the same plant. We do not buy in cast blanks.
What we need to quote
- Drawing, 3D file (STEP / IGES / DWG) or a photograph of the finished part
- Shape-moulding machine brand, model and platen size, if you already have a press
- Material to be moulded: EPS, EPP or lost-foam pattern
- Expected annual volume and number of cavities you want
- Destination country, so we can reply in your working hours
