Aluminium Low Pressure Sand Casting
Shandong Wanrong Mould & Die pours aluminium in its own foundry in Shouguang, using wooden patterns made on site and a vacuum casting machine. The same foundry that casts Wanrong’s EPS mold bodies also takes in aluminium casting work for outside customers. Iron and steel are not poured here.

This is a casting service, not a mold catalogue. We pour aluminium. We do not pour iron or steel.
The foundry exists first to make our own mold bodies. Outside orders run on the same pattern shop and the same furnace. That is the evidence that the foundry is real.
What to send
A 3D file or a drawing, the alloy if you already specify one, and the quantity. Weight range, dimensional class and mechanical-test reports are quoted per part — they are not published as a generic table.
How the mold is made here
Aluminium mold bodies are cast in our own foundry, then CNC-machined, assembled and trialled in the same plant. We do not buy in cast blanks.
What we need to quote
- Drawing, 3D file (STEP / IGES / DWG) or a photograph of the finished part
- Shape-moulding machine brand, model and platen size, if you already have a press
- Material to be moulded: EPS, EPP or lost-foam pattern
- Expected annual volume and number of cavities you want
- Destination country, so we can reply in your working hours
