ICF Block Mold Manufacturer — Hollow EPS Forms
Shandong Wanrong Mould & Die manufactures molds for hollow ICF blocks — insulated concrete forms that are stacked and filled with concrete on site. The molds are EPS shape-moulding tools, cast and machined in the company’s own plant in Shouguang, Shandong.
The blocks we tool are hollow. They are stacked on site and filled with concrete. That is an ICF block, not a solid insulation panel or a decorative cornice, and the mold has to hold the interlock.
Send the block drawing, including the interlock, and the platen size of the press the mold will run on.
What this mold has to get right
- Interlock geometry that stacks without daylight
- Core voids that stay open after ejection
- Dimensional stability across a production run
- A cavity count that matches the press and the block size
How the mold is made here
Aluminium mold bodies are cast in our own foundry, then CNC-machined, assembled and trialled in the same plant. We do not buy in cast blanks.
What we need to quote
- Drawing, 3D file (STEP / IGES / DWG) or a photograph of the finished part
- Shape-moulding machine brand, model and platen size, if you already have a press
- Material to be moulded: EPS, EPP or lost-foam pattern
- Expected annual volume and number of cavities you want
- Destination country, so we can reply in your working hours

Lost Foam Pattern Molds
Molds that produce EPS patterns for lost-foam casting — a foundry tool, not a packaging tool.
Home Appliance Component Molds
Structural-part molds for appliances — drain pans, three-piece molds and EPS/EPP components that assemble into the finished machine.
Send a drawing. We will come back with a tooling proposal.
A 2D drawing, a 3D file or a photograph of the finished part is enough to start. Name your shape-moulding machine if you already have one. We reply on business days, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8).
