EPS Molds for Home Appliance Packaging
Shandong Wanrong Mould & Die manufactures EPS packaging molds for televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen appliances and water heaters. Tooling is cast and machined in its own Shouguang plant and has been supplied to Chinese appliance groups including Haier, Hisense and Aucma.

Appliance packaging molds are built around the finished product: the cushion set for a television, the outer pack for an outdoor air-conditioner unit, or the end caps for a refrigerator cabinet. We make the mold, not the foam part.
Television packaging molds we have built cover 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 60-inch and 65-inch sets. Air-conditioner outer-pack molds are a regular line. Refrigerator, washing-machine, kitchen-appliance and water-heater packaging are in the same workshop.

How the mold is made here
Aluminium mold bodies are cast in our own foundry, then CNC-machined, assembled and trialled in the same plant. We do not buy in cast blanks.
What we need to quote
- Drawing, 3D file (STEP / IGES / DWG) or a photograph of the finished part
- Shape-moulding machine brand, model and platen size, if you already have a press
- Material to be moulded: EPS, EPP or lost-foam pattern
- Expected annual volume and number of cavities you want
- Destination country, so we can reply in your working hours
