EPS Molds for Fruit and Vegetable Boxes
Shandong Wanrong Mould & Die manufactures molds for EPS fruit and vegetable boxes and produce trays, including gift-pack designs. Tooling is made to the buyer’s box drawing in the company’s own foundry and CNC workshop in Shouguang, Shandong.
Produce boxes are specified by the crop and the packing line: a grape box is not a broccoli box. We tool the mold to the box you already sell, or to a new drawing.
EPP is an option where the box is returned and reused. Say so in the enquiry; the mold construction is different from a single-use EPS box.
How the mold is made here
Aluminium mold bodies are cast in our own foundry, then CNC-machined, assembled and trialled in the same plant. We do not buy in cast blanks.
What we need to quote
- Drawing, 3D file (STEP / IGES / DWG) or a photograph of the finished part
- Shape-moulding machine brand, model and platen size, if you already have a press
- Material to be moulded: EPS, EPP or lost-foam pattern
- Expected annual volume and number of cavities you want
- Destination country, so we can reply in your working hours
